Directions:

We are located one block east from the Applebee’s Grill and Bar located on Columbia Center Blvd.

When driving south on Columbia Center Blvd, take a left on W Grandridge Blvd, followed by a right on N Colorado St, and then left on W Hood Place.  At the cul de sac, turn right into the parking lot of our building.  Our clinic entrance is located on the first floor of the building, facing north.  

If heading north on Columbia Center Blvd, take a right on W Deschutes Ave, followed by a left on N Colorado St, and then turn right on W Hood Place.  At the cul de sac, turn right into the parking lot of our building.  Our clinic entrance is located on the first floor of the building, facing north.
